Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UzaPro website and the UzaPro application (together, the "Service"), provided by UzaPro ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The service

UzaPro provides a digital tool for retailers and shop owners to record daily sales and expenses, track stock, and view business performance. This website and the UzaPro application are operated as part of the same service, though the application may be hosted separately.

2. Accounts

To use the UzaPro application, you must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account, and should notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit false records with intent to defraud, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or interfere with its normal operation, or copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the sales, expense, and other business data you enter into UzaPro ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Fees

Some features of the UzaPro application may require payment. Where applicable, pricing and billing terms will be communicated to you separately before any charge is made.

6. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or request account closure, at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." UzaPro helps you organise the records you provide; we don't verify the accuracy of the data you enter and aren't liable for business decisions made based on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UzaPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
